Returns

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Gift cards.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under this policy.
